General Description:

• Assume the full responsibility for admission procedures in the Hospital and to accurately direct telephone and client visit inquiries
• Includes clerical duties related to patient care and treatment in co-operation with veterinary staff and professionals
• Provide assitance to other hopital personnel as required
• Responsible for successfully executing Kennel duties

Requirements:

• Does not require specific formal education; however, formal training through various certificate programs is encouraged
• Must have a proven practical experience in the organization and services available in the Hospital
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Experience is preferred but not necessary
