Senior Pet Wellness

PictureCuba Spanky Project 2016
As a general rule of thumb, a pet who is 6-7 years or older should be considered middle to senior aged.

What are the signs of aging?
  • slowing down
  • graying around the muzzle
  • cloudy eyes
  • reduced hearing
  • trouble getting out to pee or poo
  • stiffness when walking
  • trouble getting up from the lie down position
Just like people pets can develop arthritis making winter hard on daily routines. Waking with morning stiffness, trouble climbing stairs, lameness on cold/damp days, or lame after a lot of weekend activity.

A check up will help ensure the life expectancy and quality of you pet to the fullest.
